I am a native of Powell, Tennessee and graduated from Powell High School. I attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas on a Hays Memorial Scholarship, and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Politics. After college, I moved back to Knoxville with my husband Clayton Leasure and attended the University of Tennessee College of Law with a Green Law Scholarship and a Tennessee Law Scholars’ Fellowship. I graduated from law school in 2006. I live in Powell with Clayton and our son. I have worked at Community Mediation Center (CMC) since July, 2005. For 18 years I was the Director of the Juvenile Court Mediation Program at CMC, and my present position is Training Director. I am a family mediator, facilitator, and conflict coach. I conduct mediation trainings as well as skill-building workshops for mediators and non-mediators. I am also proud to be a part of the TAPM Admin Team!
