A founding partner of McCarter Beauchamp, Caroline’s unique academic background and professional experience enable her to provide clients with creative solutions in cases involving high net worth individuals, family-owned and closely-held businesses, stock options, deferred compensation plans, intellectual property and real estate holdings. While in law school at Vanderbilt University, Caroline was enrolled in the Law and Business Program, taking numerous classes at Owen Graduate School of Management and earning a certificate in Law and Business along with her Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Prior to founding McCarter Beauchamp, Caroline practiced in the areas of business, entertainment and insurance law at Kay, Griffin, Enkema and Brothers, PLLC. Since founding McCarter Beauchamp in 2008, she has focused on applying her business acumen to family law cases.

Caroline was among the first attorneys in Middle Tennessee to embrace the collaborative process as a desirable method for resolving many family law disputes. She is a founding member and current President of the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance, and has successfully resolved numerous family law disputes through the collaborative process. In addition to representing individuals in litigated and collaborative family law cases, Caroline offers her services to families as a Rule 31 listed Family Law Mediator.
