Newton Anderson the most senior attorney at Spicer Rudstrom PLLC and is Of Counsel in its Memphis office. He also serves as the Chair of the firm’s Employment Law practice area. His practice handling various types of civil cases has taken him to all state and federal courts in West Tennessee and occasionally beyond. He advises corporate clients on business matters and has represented clients in landlord-tenant and other commercial real estate matters for more than 40 years. He has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.
A firm believer in the benefits of mediation and other methods of alternate dispute resolution in appropriate cases, Newton took the required course of study and became a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator in 2005.
