I am a human capital executive with a demonstrated track record of leading successful strategies in employee relations, investigations and navigating workplace crisis management, workplace safety issues, and facilitating difficult workplace conversations and crisis management. Wyntress G. Patterson became a member of Metro Nashville Public School Administration as an Employee Relations Manager in 2020, where in this role she specializes in Employee investigations, diversity and inclusion initiatives and collaborates closely with leaders to align workplace safety concerns and ADA accommodations.
In addition to her full time role at MNPS, Wyntress serves as a mediator at Nashville Conflict Resolution Center on family mediation matters and as a member of Metro Nashville Juvenile Court Foster Care Review Board member. Additionally, Wyntress serves the Nashville Community as a volunteer with Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services, a member of Kappa Lambda Omega graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
