I train volunteers and private mediators as a Rule 31 approved trainer. My interests include dealing with pro se parties in mediation, and with high conflict parties in family and other domestic disputes. I am trained as a collaborative divorce attorney who uses the interdisciplinary team model. I am a big fan of collaborative mediation, limited scope practice and planned early negotiation.
